I don't have that info at my fingertips, but your number seems high to me. Normally, even before hitting your deductible, the insurance plan negotiates a lower price than what uninsured get charged & that is what you have to pay. $4500 sounds like the price charged to an uninsured person (at least, what they attempt to charge, but probably never collect). I'm thinking between 1-2 K is about right, but I'd need to dig into old records to confirm that.
