help--i may have a second tumor in my remaining testicle

I have discovered today a possible second tumor in my remaining testicle. I have an appt Tuesday with my urologist, this appt was already scheduled as a follow up for the initial cancer. I called the after hours number today and they told me not to be concerned just go and see the doc on Tuesday. if I do have a second tumor what is the success rates? Any help please....

  My guess would be the same as the first, probably more extensive with treatment afterwards. Then again I'm not a doctor, but best of luck, hopefully nothing bad. Keep your head up
