My husband history is as follows

Patient Summary: Testicular Cancer

•Stage 2C Nonseminoma 100% Pure Germ cell Embryonal Carcinoma
•Cancer involves the scromatic cord & greater than 5 cm retroperitenium mass
•55 year old male, 5'5" tall & 145 pounds
•From 1/30/13 - 2/3/13: Patient received 1 cycle (5 days @ 10 hours per day) of Chemotherapy with Cisplatin & Etoposide (35 mg Cisplatin daily + 175 mg Etoposide daily)

if he is not cancer free after the chemo and needs RPLND surgery, which is the best place and Doctor for this kind of surgery. I live in Salisbury, MD and wonder if anybody can help me out of this problem. Even though I live in Maryland but I am willing to go anywhere.
