rice like lump

hi I am from uk
I have looked at a lot of sites about TC .
But about a week ago I found small rice size lump on side of left testicale in the middle. I have booked for US on thursday but obivously all these ideas go through your mind to what it could be. never noticed lump before.
It does'nt help that me and my wife are expecting first child this week so this has made us worry when it should be happy time.
Any help wiht what it could be

It's good that you're having an ultrasound, which is a very reliable test. Let us know what you find out.
