scab with lump on testicale

wonder if any1 can shed any light I have a small rice like lump on testicale.
over last few days been on some antibiotics and testicle is easy to feel.
what I have found is what can only be described as small lump surrounded by what feels like a scab.
just want know if this is common in tc or if it is normally just a lump.
can any1 shed any light

Try and relax until thursday. The ultra sound will tell you if anything is wrong.
