thr can be many reasons for the aches in the testis...but at this age if it occurs for some "special time" [ when u roam with ur gf ] then its normal and its bcz of sexual strain in the muscles...thats what my doctor said when i asked him. else....if the pain remains for some days continiously then thr may be various reason..like hernia etc etc... so please be a little specific and try to give as much information as u can.
regards

Since you first first posted about this aching feeling at the end of January, and it's still bothering you, I would definitely tell a parent and ask your doctor about it.

I agree with the advice above. I was just diagnosed in December. Best advice I can give is to relax. I know the thought of having Cancer is terrifying, but keep in mind there are only about 7500 cases a year diagnosed in the US. Since I've been telling people, nearly everyone has a "Testicle story to tell" where something isn't right. My tumor was 5cm, nearly 2 inches. They said average before guys notice/decide to do something is 6cm. As far as the size thing goes, you're being silly. If something is wrong, get it checked out. If you are not comfortable talking with you parent, ask them to set you up a doctors appointment, and tell the doctor. Getting it checked out will put you mind at rest. In the mean time, take a deep breath and relax. I've got it (going thru radiation now) and I'm not scared. It is very curable.
Hang in there, you know the right thing to do is to tell your folks, just do it. They will support you.

Take Action Now
Now is the time to talk to your parents - not later. It is perfectly natural to feel scared or uncomfortable about talking about the situation, but you will not feel better until you find out what (if anything) is going on. Trust your parents, they care about you and you have done nothing wrong. This site can help answer initial questions, but it all starts with talking to your parents and seeing a doctor.
