Do you think i have TC? im scared!

Hi everyone - I am 15 yrs and am new to this site. Im really hoping for some opinions here. I just found a small lump on my right testicle about 45 min ago. For the past 2 days my right testicle has been sore and if i move abruptly or something hits it - it hurts. So i was just lying in bed feeling around and i found a small, tender lump about the size of a tip of a pencil. I am calling the doc and making an appoint. ASAP tomorrow but im hoping i can get some feedback here before i go. Thanks alot

There are many things it could be other then tc, could be a simple infection or a cyst which is quite common, way more common then tc. Your doing the right thing getting it checked, these things should not be put off. Let us know what the doctor says.
