From what you describe it's impossible to know if you have a problem. The attached link will take you to a site that will describe how to do a proper self-exam, after you do that write back and we can try and give advise http://tcrc.acor.org/tcexam.html. In general if you have a question about being sick you should visit a doctor.

      Denic,
At 15, you sound like a very responsible young man. Do yourself a favor and let your parent(s) be aware of what's going on. They are there to help and guide you. Let them know your concerns.

At your age it is highly unlikely that you would develope TC---If that makes you feel any better!!!!!!!!

Great job. You have shown a level of maturity well beyond your 15 years. Men especially don't get to the doctors often enough when we suspect a proble.

                Denic,

I've had a similar experience this week and wanted to let you know how it came out. I've had a small, hard, bb sized lump on my left testicle for as long as I can remember, recently there is a smaller one to it's left, and a similar mass on my right testicle. I'm right smack dab in the risk group, white, under 30, and have an undescended testicle (repaired 20 years ago, but not fully developed due to surgery). I had my UltraSound Tuesday and have been antsy all week. I too put it off for a long time, affraid of what the results might be.

Well, the doc called today and said there is nothing to be concerned about!

If you have any doubts get the US done, just think that a few days of worry is worth a lifetime of peace. The test literally takes 5 minutes and is the best way to determine what, if anything, is wrong. There is no pain with the test and the technician (who will probably be a woman by the way haha) really puts your mind to rest by talking you through it. You can even look at the pictures yourself if you want (I didn't have the nerve).

Just know that all hard masses aren't necessarily cancer, but should be checked out through the US. Hopefully this eases your mind a little bit. Just know that you aren't alone Denic any many of us, much older than you, have been worried sick over this. You have wonderful maturity and are an example to all of us! Just know that you are doing the right thing by going in to see the Urologist. Let us know what's going on with it. Good Luck Denic!
