    Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum. Recently, I noticed a small, hard lump on the bottom of my left testicle. It is about the size of a pea. I'm wondering if this is what you refer to as the "epididymis", or if it is something else. (By the way, is that where the epididymis is felt?) It was never there before. It first appeared a few weeks ago. The strange thing is, though, is that it can usually only be felt when I am sexually aroused. When not aroused, it is hard to find. Also, there is no lump on the bottom of the right testicle.

Another strange thing is that sometimes my testicles seem to shrink in size. However, for the last day or so, they seem to be back at their normal size.

I will also mention that I am white, age 27, but I don't think I ever had a problem with undescended testicles. I also don't think that it runs in my family.

Please respond, I am looking forward to your responses. Thank you.

    Hi Tony:

Any lump in the testicle needs to be checked out ASAP. Make an appointment with your doctor or a urologist if possible. That's the only way to find out what you've got. If and I say IF you have TC, it sounds like you found it early.

    Let us know what happens,

    Best wishes,
