hey i found small lump on my testicle but it doesnt hurt at all and its been there for ages about two years and it not grown or anything or giving me paine but as ive grown older ive been geting woried now im 14 so please give your advice

Tom, is it only on one testicle, or can you find the same thing on each? Might you be feeling the epididymis, a normal part of the testicle that transports sperm away from it?
If you're not sure, it's best to get your doctor's opinion. Any chance you have a routine physical coming up soon?Scott
