  • Scared and worried please help

About 3 weeks ago i my left testicle began to ache. it was on and off pain. The pain was not bad at all but it was irritating me, making me move a lot. Today after i took a shower, i felt my left testicle and it had no lumps but after i felt the top there was this lump size of an air soft bullet. Then i felt the right side and it had it too. I think its probably the epidimis(sp?) but not certain. It does not hurt though but i never felt that lump before.

The only symptoms i have is aching and a little pain in my lower abdomen.

Please tell me why i have this lump..its not testicle cancer right?

I think you're probably right that it's the epididymis, a normal part of the testicle. Has the discomfort gotten better?

What you're describing certainly sounds like the epididymis, but if it doesn't get better I would see a doctor, not because I think it's cancer but you could have an infection that needs to be treated.

Those bumps are quite common, I wouldn't worry about it being cancer. You may have an infection which might need to be treated with antibiotics but I don't think you need to worry about cancer.

A bacterial infection. Remember that we can't be sure. As dadmo said, if it doesn't clear up soon, you should ask your doctor about it.
