  • Fairly concerned.

I have been to the doctor twice regarding the area around my left testical being uncomfortable and he said I had epidymitis on both occasions. The last time I was checked by him was about just over a month ago.

Now the pain I have had is gone but still have the same symptoms that I have had since he last checked me. It seems like the veins at the top of the keft testical is swollen. There isn't really a lump. Just swollen tubes or something. My epidymis is still failry swollen as well.

The testicals seem to be roughly the same size. The left being a bit larger. Though this could be due to the swollen epidymis which is noticable.

There isn't any more stomach pain since I finished the anti biotics I am on.

Could I have testicular cancer? Or else could I have. The tubes seem to be swollen and the epidymis is still swollen. I am getting the trouble at the top and behind the teste. Cancer I was told is usually at the sides and front where I am having no trouble.

Also I have just had a bath and all that I can notice is the swollen epidymis and the tubes at the top of my left teste being different to the right.

Welcome, Fandan. It's more likely something like a varicocele or spermatocele. Have you seen a urologist?

I am thinking about making another appointment with my doctor again, discuss my worries and say that I still have something at the top of the teste he checked last time. I will discuss then the chance him letting me go for an ultra sound. More for my peace of mind.

I am only 20. All the trouble with my left teste started about a year ago when I took a rather heavy blow there. I said to my doctor the last time I was there that I seem to be having trouble and he said that once you get epidymitis you can become prone and said that there was nothing sinister there.

The swelling seems to be connected to the epdymis, not the testical though as well.

            Got doctors appointment tomorrow morning.

Got what I am going to say. The pain I was having went with the antibiotics I was having but the top of my testicles the tubes are still feel very swollen and seem to be a mass.

Will say mass to make sure I get checked out. I was also say that could the problem not be epidymitis like he diagnosed the last two ocassions but something worth getting and ultra sound to check it out.

If you insist on the Ultrasound and tell the Dr. you will not be convinced of a clean bill of health without the Ultrasound he/she will generally prescribe one!!!!! Best of luck!!!!!

Well thats me home and it turns out that I have a cyst.

I knew there was something there as I could feel it. The cyst is in one of the mad connecting tubes or something. Not on the testical or epidymis.

That is the third time I have been to my doc and now I feel better about it. He just said that he will leave it just now and he is not worried about it. If I get swelling and pain again just go back to him.
