another ultrasound???

Hey guys had an ultrasound on my testicles about 2 months ago for bi-latteral varacocile..the doc said everythings looks normal ..little varoclie but nothing to worry about ...last week i got a letter in the mail from my urologist saying she wanted me to have a renal ultrasound done... the rx slip that came with the letter says ....Renal U/S Dx left varicoele


Please soes anyone know what this means ....really scared cause i know it has to do with my kidneys!!! please any response will help ..my doc is on vacation
