for about 4 years iv had slight aches which dont feel like they are coming from my testicles but around that area. I dont have any lumps and occasionally i forget the aches for long periods of time but then i remember then an convince myself im ill . The aches would only occur at night really when im settled down. Any comments would be appreciated. thanks
