There is no reason to suspect testicular cancer. Just stay aware of how it feels and if it persists or gets worse see you doctor. You may very well have aggravated the old hernia.Leave a comment:

Concerned...
I am 18 now and am experiencing problems.
When i was a lot younger i had an operation on my right testicle for a hernia.
It has been find ever since but now i fear that something might be wrong.
For a day now, my right testicle has been somewhat aching, and it travels up towards my groing/pelvic reason.
Do you think this is related or should i not be worried?
