my right testicle is shaped fine. but at the very end there is some sort of "extention" of the testicle. it feels kind of like a third testicle attached to my right one. heres a low quality diagram:

Nobody here can diagnose that. All you can receive is advice on what to do and basic stats and anecdotal evidence. Pretty well any advice will be to get things checked out by a doctor, so we can come here in the meantime to assuage fears and aid others in the same thing, so...see your doctor, but remember that only about 7000 men/year in the US are diagnosed with testicular cancer. Considering there are millions and millions of us, your odds are pretty darn low you will be diagnosed with it but of course see a doc to be sure.
