Please Help!

hello everyone i'm 20 and for about under a year now i've notcied that my left testicle has had this weird lumpy mass behind it,causing my left nut to hang lower than my right. After some research online i concluded that it's most likely a "varicocele"

as of recently i have been experiencing and odd feeling of pressure in the area always late at night never during the day.

neways i'm concerned can this develop into testicular cancer, or may i already have it?

or any advice will be greatly apperciated

A varicocele will not turn into cancer but it does affect the blood flow to the testicle and cause infertility. You should get it checked out by a doctor.
