Hard lump on my scrtom

I have got a hard lump on my scrtom, it is whitish in colour, and I have had it for along time, it is about 4mm in diameter. I don’t like going to the doctors as I get the feeling I am wasting their time.

Chances are it's a cyst, but it's worth asking your doctor.
