You need to call a urologist ASAP. With symptoms for a year you cannot delay. Go to http://tcrc.acor.org and read the "TC primer" and "questions to ask" sections. It may be nothing, and I hope it is nothing, but it's your life and you can't ignore what your body is telling you. A urologist will be more knowledgeable than a GP for testicular problems. You will most likely have a testicular ultrasound and bloodwork for markers, as well as a CBC to look for any other cause for your tiredness. IF it is TC, it is highly curable, even in late stage. Sorry to be blunt, and don't intend to scare you, but you need to get moving on this now. Please let us know how you make out.

Welcome to the forums. Karen is right get yourself to a urologist. It might not be cancer but why not get it treated. Remember even it the late stages tc is very curable.
