Hi, I am eighteen and recently like a few days ago I noticed my left testicle was very sensitive to the touch and when touched it promoted a stinging pain. I performed an TC exam and didn't notice any lumps, but I am not a professional. while performing the exma though I did experience the same stinging pain. I am a little concerned and was just looking for some advice. Thanks.

Do you still feel pain in your left testicle? If so, it might be caused by an infection which is easily treatable with antibiotics.

No matter what, there's no reason to stay in pain and doubt.. I really suggest you get an exam at your GP.
    Sincerely,
    Rune
