    QuintenvG: It's normal for one testicle to be lower then the other. The feeling of heaviness shouldn't be there, I would get another ultrasound just to be on the safe side.

    Advice, please!

    (Hopefully you can understand me, because English is not my original language...)

    My left testicle (which is higher than the right since my childhood) feels more heavier than the other. I feels like a bit like a hard boiled egg. I can't notice any lumps and can move the testicle very easy. However, it's larger and heavier than de right one.
    Don't know for how long this is going on. Just noticed it this weekend and never did any self-examination before , so I can't compare.
    Because of a epididymitis, I had an ultrasound-examination 6 months ago and then everything was OK.
    Should I worry know because of the differences between the two testicles?
