Questions about the epididymis

Hi

Just a question about the ep.
Do you have these in both testicles and if so should one be more prominent than the other, the reason I ask is I cant make up my mind if I have a lump or if it is just the epididymis. Any info would be of a great benefit as I don't want to go to the doctor and waste his time if it's nothing to worry about.

My left one is larger than my right one. I just got it checked out yesterday. I have a small bump on top of my left one. But that was a little inflimation from twisting and pulling it a bit. So you are probably ok!
