hey ive attached a drawing, i have what seems to be a line on the inside of my left testicle that seem enlarged. the testle itsself is the same size as the right and it also soft like it should be. when i followed this line to the top i got to a lump, i can get my finger between this but it still feels attached to the testicle. months on i squeezed the lump and part seemed to go flat where i had squeezed it. i know this was most likely stupid. anyway on feeling around the right one recently( first noticed last november) i felt a free moving lump that appeared not to be attched. I am to embarssed to go see a doc, im 18. when i squeeze it i get a pain in my groin, if anyone can help or wants more info please let me know, thanks

ps the lump has not got smaller or bigger. im also overweight. Thanks

It sounds like you have a cyst. You should still get it checked by a doctor but I bet you're OK. Make that appointment and let us know what the doc says.
