Multiple little lumps... not just one?

Hey all,

I have posted here before and am finally going to the doctor Thursday morning. I'm just curious because it seems that most people always refer to finding a 'lump' - well, I have many of them on my left testicle. If not TC, any ideas on what this could be? They are pretty small and my left testicle is bigger than my right. They are not painful. They have been there for a long time. Any ideas?

I saw the post but I have no idea. My very uneducated guess would be multiple calcifications.
