Need help!

I have a question. This might sound kind of weird, but anytime I'm erect, i feel two what seems to firm kinda vain like things, I don't think their lumps but I'm not sure. The weird thing is when im not erect, I don't feel these things, I'm quite nervous, I dont know if i should schedule a doctors appointment or not. These things appear on the front of the testicles. Please help

Men have more plumbing then most people suspect. There's alot of hydrolic work going on down below so enlarged veins is nothing to worry about. Now when you get to my age any enlargement is a welcome thing.

So i shouldn't be worried? I meen its only when im erect and its always on the front of both testicles, feel kinda like a lump but kind of like a vein. It doesn't hurt or anything, and when i examine my testicles after a warm shower I don't feel these things. I'm 19 and very paranoid about TC. Recently i also had some pain in my lower abdomen, but the pain was very rare and I probably haven't had it in a month or so. Should i be worried?

I don't think you have anything to be worried about. If the back pain continues I would get that checked, not because I think it's associated with cancer but anything that last more then a month or so should be checked.
