  • TC cancer

Hey fellas, im a 20 yr old guy, and i noticed about two days ago on my left testicle there is a not large but like a pimple/small lump. I made an appt with my doc.But wanted some info, im alitle scared or nervous. could it be tc? I looked online about STD and genital herpes but I do not have those sympthons, like It does not sting or hurt when i urinate, or hurts in general. there are no small red bumps on my genitals or on my inner thigh. Just this small bump on my lower left testicle, could it be tc does it or should it be hurting? I would really appreciate it if someone can get back to my post.
    Later guys.

    Hello and welcome:

TC is usually not painful. Your lump is on the testicle, not the skin of the scrotum, correct? You are definitely doing the right thing by getting to the doctor. TC is rare, but it is important to catch it early, that way guys usually need less treatment. Your doctor might refer you to a urologist depending on what he finds during the exam. IF, and I do mean IF, it would be TC, it sounds like you found it very early. It could also be the early stages of a cyst, so try not to worry too much.

Good luck and let us know what happens.

I was wondering if the lump is on the skin surface (over top of where the testicle hangs, but not actually part of the testicle), like a cyst in a sweat gland. One key thing is when you examine the testicle is the lump part of the testicle. I don't know if you've seen this site, but it shows the procedure for a self exam.

If the lump moves freely and is not attached to the testicle, then it's probably not TC. If it is attached to the testicle, it COULD be TC, or it could be something else. Your doctor should be able to tell exactly where the lump is located.

I hope all goes well, let us know what you find out.
