And it was a testicular cyst!!
Thank you all so much for giving me the courage to go in for the test. This has been a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I'm sorry for anyone who is currently going through cancer, but just know that you are apart of an amazing community of helpful, thoughtful, and comforting people.
Seriously, thank you.
Without you all, I'd still be sitting here panicking and googling my symptoms all day long.
Also, to anyone who has symptoms but is afraid of getting checked out because of what the results might be. Please go get checked. Don't be like me and spend every waking moment on google checking your symptoms and comparing your symptoms to others.
I had a lump right on the front of my testicle (most common spot for a testicular tumor), along with occasional aches in my scrotum, which is also another symptom of testicular cancer, and I had already said my goodbyes and written my will. Not really, but you get the point I am trying to make haha
Sometimes, a lump is just a lump. Get it checked out and quit killing yourself with anxiety.
And if it does turn out to be something serious, then by getting it checked out as soon as you notice symptoms, you have a better chance of it being caught early.
