There is now way to tell from your description what it could be. Any lump on the testicle should be examined by a doctor, the chances of having tc are very small but why risk anything. Do a proper self exam as described here and let us know what you find.

Hi. I am 17 years old. I found a lump at the bottom of the testis. It didn't change in size. It is not painful. When I am masturbating, the lump becomes harden. What is the lump? Thanks!
