Welcome:
Occasional abdominal pains are often caused by intestinal cramps or gas in the intestine and are generally nothing to worry about. Sharp, persistant abdominal pain (naval area to lower right side) with fever can be a symptom of appendicitis and should be checked by a doctor.
AS for the lumps on the testicles, it would be very rare to have testicular cancer in both testicles at the same time, and the fact that you can't always feel the lumps, suggests that they may be a normal structure. It's possible the changes in blood flow and muscle tone during an erection just make them more prominent.
That being said, it is never a bad idea to check with a doctor, expecially if you haven't had a routine physical exam recently. After all if your doctor gives you the all clear, you could relax and enjoy the summer.
Best wishes.Fish

Tho' much is taken, much abides; and though we are not now that strength which in old days moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are; one equal temper of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will; to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
