Scared of a lump

I`m new here sooo yeah
I`m almost 21 and about a month ago I found a BB sized lump in between the epidymisis and the acual Testical, Its closer to the testical though. Its on the left testical.
It doesn`t acually hurt when squeezed but I do feel pain in my abdomen and back all in the left side. The lump is hard.
I also have pain in my chest (breasts) and lower abdomen but this only started when I found the lump so I think this is linked to being scared.
I have a doctor appoint later this week but your answers will put me at ease until late this week comes.

You sysmptom don't sound anything like mine. If you read othere threads there are links how to do self exams, what to look for etc. It's good you scheduled a Doctors appointment. Realize TC is rare, so chance are it's not TC. I understand once you find something you start to notice everything else. Keep cool and get to the doctor. It will give you peace of mind. You'll be alright.

Ok I went to my GP and he said he couldn`t feel anything (but my lumps hard to find) anyways I have an ultrasound next week.
But I just have a quick question, Does a lump grow if its TC?
Mine has been the same size for about 3 weeks now, BB sized.

Not all lumps grow quickly. The ultrasound will provide the best answers.
