Help!! 3 Testicles?!

Any lump in the scrotum should be seen by a doctor, but I agree with Denic that it's probably a cyst. The Testicular Cancer Resource Center says, "...the following symptoms are not normally signs of testicular cancer: ... A lump on the epidiymis or tubes coming from the testicle that kind of feels like a third testicle."

errrrr i am quite worried...

in the past 3 or 4 days i have felt a lump appearing in my ball sack just under the right testicle. its about half the size of a testicle now... any ideas?! help please...
