I would get those checked by a doctor. I wouldn't assume cancer ther are lots of other far less serios things it could be (cysts are very common). Tell your dad your not sleeping well because of the worry, you certainly don't need to the anxiety of cancer keeping you awake when a simple doctors visit will let you sleep at night.

Im 15 and for a while now i have noticed a bumps smaller than a bb near the top of my right teste. No pain at all. I haven't notice any changes in size. the bump feels like it is attached to the outside of my teste.
I have told my dad and he said, if it gets any bigger then we will do something about it i have been very worried.
