Don't mess around bro-- Get the blood tests any tumor in the testes is bad, cancerous or benign. Also, I have never heard of any radiologist that can tell if a testicular mass is non-cancerous by an ultrasound, sounds like you should look into this further, get a second opinion on your ultrasound. Karen is right, you are under the 4mm size, so you should get to the urologist ASAP and increase your chances of survival greatly if it is TC. Do not waste time, it can save you from some hard (but not unbearable) treatment.
