Lump on right testicle.

Don't mess around bro-- Get the blood tests any tumor in the testes is bad, cancerous or benign. Also, I have never heard of any radiologist that can tell if a testicular mass is non-cancerous by an ultrasound, sounds like you should look into this further, get a second opinion on your ultrasound. Karen is right, you are under the 4mm size, so you should get to the urologist ASAP and increase your chances of survival greatly if it is TC. Do not waste time, it can save you from some hard (but not unbearable) treatment.

Actually, I've had this for a year and it has been the same size but I noticed it because one day it was bothering me, I'm sure I've had this tumor way longer than I've noticed it. I was never aware that having a lump "can" be dangerous so I took it serious this month and now I'm testing to see what it really is.

Absoultely agree with Scott. Get to the urologist quickly. If it's 3mm you are fortunate to have caught it early and the sooner it's out the better. Good luck!

I'm not sure you should assume it's "non-cancerous," and I'd get that urologist visit and blood test scheduled quickly.

The results are in and it seems I have a tiny tumor, that also caused a small cyst in the Reti Testis/Epididymis because it was kind of blocking a channel of either one, the doctor says it doesn't seem serious as it's just a non-cancerous tumor but she gave me the phone number to go ahead and schedule a meeting with an urologist to do a blood test and talk about what to do with the tumor, it's 3 mm in size side-to-side. Well I was 50% right that I knew I had created a cyst but I didn't think I would of had a small tumor that caused it in the first place, it IS hard though so I was a bit concerned about it because I'm sure a regular cyst isn't hard, it's just a lump that can be pressed down easily. I guess I'll get it removed with a small surgery.

Well, I had my Ultrasound this tuesday so I have to wait for the results tomorrow or next week. It's more calm now, pressure rarely makes it hurt, just bothers me a tiny bit of course.

Yeah, get an ultrasound as soon as you can. If it's nothing.. at least you'll know and it'll be one less thing to stress on. If it is cancer, best to find out early while there's still about a 99.9% chance of cure.

Yeah, my take is that I have a cyst in the Rete Testis... It happens to be that today the lump feels smaller, it still bothers me. I'm going to call to request if I can get checked out tomorrow, if not then it's a for sure this wednesday.

I can't say how often a lump ends up being a cyst... but I had a tumor and a cyst on the right one, and a small cyst on the left one that the doctor isn't too worried about.

I have a question, how often is a lump a cyst on the testicle? or does anyone have an idea of the rates between it beign a cyst or cancer? Only when in the testicle, not elsewhere, thanks in advance.

Testicular cancer is rare enough that most families don't have a history of it. That aside, you're doing the right thing getting checked. It never hurts to be safe. Let us know what the doctor tells you.

I just talked with my parents and neither of the family sides have any history of TC. I'm getting the appointment next week, but I'm going to be a bit more sincere, I think this happens 8~10% of the time after I ejaculate.

Hi:
If the lump has not grown since 2005, there is a good chance that it is not cancer. However, it certainly does not sound normal. You really need to have a doctor check you out, preferably a urologist.
Best wishes.
