Is this weird?

Here is my situation. My left testical hangs lower then my right. But there is a soft spongy like cluster on the bottom of both of my testicles (which i think should be there)/ But on my left tesitcal the mass is about three times larger.


also there is supposed to be a hard lump on the top of both testes. Thanks
