not sure if i have a hernia or TC

had a pain / strange feeling down below for around a month.

i tried to forget about it. but recently its getting painful (a dull pain) in my testicles, and also just above me genitals, and also at the top of my leg.

having not been educated on the subject / never knowing how / what to look for when im examining myself, im not sure if i have a lump or not. one testicle is bigger than the other, but the bigger one feels almost "baggy," i think there may be a small lump on the opposite side of where im experiencing the pain.

can someone give me any advice please?
