I have hade a dull ache that can get worse for periods of time but it is always noticable. I also have a varicose vein. Both of these syptoms are on my right testicle and was just wondering if this could be anything serious? Its just starting to really freak me out. I dont think there are any lumps but my right testicle seems to be swollen compared to the other one. Thanks for any help

What you may have is a varicocele. These testicular varicose vein's are often harmless but sometimes they can restrict the blood flow to the testicle and cause problems. You certainly should have this checked by a doctor.

thank you very much for the response and i defo will have it checked out feel much better now
