i found a lump on the top of my ball sack its about 2 cm by 1cm and im not sure what to do. do i have cancer

Is the lump attached to the testicle or is it on your scrotum? If it's not part of the testicle it won't be testicular cancer. All I can tell you is that if it's not on the testicle it isn't testicular cancer. I got you private message and we do occasionally get questions like yours and it often turns out ot be ingrown hair.
