All I can tell you is that if it's not on the testicle it isn't testicular cancer. I got you private message and we do occasionally get questions like yours and it often turns out ot be ingrown hair. You probably should get it checked out.

Is the lump attached to the testicle or is it on your scrotum? If it's not part of the testicle it won't be testicular cancer. Check out this site to learn how to do a proper self exam.
