I would suggest going to a urologist and getting an ultrasound. A 3 month wait is too long for me-- I was "all clear" and two months later I had cancer in my lungs. I don't want to scare you but the sooner you know what exactly is going on the better. Best wishes.

If you had stones in the past my guess would be that you have them again. I know that's not great news but it certainly is better then cancer.

Thanks Dadmo... I appreciate the info. I'm trying to not assume that I do so I'm hoping that a doc can put it to rest.

I had a kidney stone a couple of years ago so the pain in the kidney just brings back memories of that. I was just curious if there is any history of TC and kidney pain being linked. If it's not associated with the lump then I will just continue to deal with the pain(kidney) and hopefully not have another stone to worry about.

Thanks again. This forum has been very helpful and there seems to be some very well informed individuals that are posting responses to guys like me.

Please don't assume you have cancer but back pain is often a symptom. The lymph nodes for the testicles are back by the kindey's and if there should be spread that is often the first area affected.
I would mention this to your urologist but it may just be simple back pain.

Thanks. I'm trying to get into the doctors as soon as I can.

Can I ask if any of you have heard of having pain in what feels like my left kidney associated with TC?

    Thank you.

I agree, it would be best to go straight to a urologist and ask for an ultrasound. It may not be cancer, but I sure wouldn't wait three months to find out.

    Welcome
You need to call your doctor and they will most likely get a ultrasound set up.
Any lump on one of the boys needs to be checked out ASAP don't wait.
    Good Luck

Wow... thank you for the quick reply. It's definitley on the left teste. I've checked it a million times hoping it would move or be an infection... it's on there and it feels like a litte ball-bearing. Hard enough I guess for feeling through skin.

Does it feel like it's part of the testicle or is it attached to the tubes. If it is attached to the testicle and it feels hard I would call a urologist and make an appointment soon. Three months is not an acceptable length of time to wait.

    Found a lump...

Okay, so I did an exam on Monday.. found a lump and ignored it.

The lump is still there today. I called my medical advice line and described that I had a pea size lump attached to my left testicle. The lump does not hurt nor does it hurt to touch.

They advised me to not worry about it until it is there for another 3 months. Now, I hate doctors.. and luckily I am very healthy so my trips to them are few and far between but.....

Can someone advise me based on your experience and my description.

    Thank you.
