Coming out of the testicle, or just beside it? If it's not growing from the testicle itself, it's unlikely to be cancer. In any case, a doctor should check it out.

the marble size lump is located inside the sack next to the testicle but he says he can separate the lump from the testicle when pressing on it..my husband says it has been growing but didnt think to worry about it until now ..

I suspect you'll find it's a cyst, but the best way to be sure is to have a doctor check it out. Let us know.
