the marble size lump is located inside the sack next to the testicle but he says he can separate the lump from the testicle when pressing on it..my husband says it has been growing but didnt think to worry about it until now ..

Coming out of the testicle, or just beside it? If it's not growing from the testicle itself, it's unlikely to be cancer. In any case, a doctor should check it out.

my husband just told me he found a lump this size of a marble..i checked him and its big...he's complaining of pelvic pain and standing or walking is uncomfortable..,..the lump is located next to the testicle...im extremely worried...but want to know is this systoms of cancer or cyst...
