swollen epididymus or something....

Hello,
I don't know for how long, but i'm quite sure that i've had this for more than two months. The problem is the following:
When I touch my left testacle, i can feel no lumps, but when i touch the epididymus on my left testicle, the whole thing is like swollen, from the very beginning of the "canal", unlike the epididymus on my right testacle. Can you please tell me if it is TC , or it is normal???

It doesn't sound likely to be testicular cancer. It sounds more like epididymitis. You should have your doctor diagnose it. Good luck, and please let us know what you find out.
