Painful and sensitive bump on bottom of penis shaft

Hi

I have painful and sensitive bump on the bottom of my penis shaft, I don't think it's on my testicle but I'm still a little concerned.

When I feel it with my index finger and my thumb, it's just a little larger than a pea but smaller than a grape. It hurts when I touch it. I attached a picture of what it looks like but it's kind of unclear.

Any help would be appreciated THANKS!

Probably a sebaceous cyst; I'd ask your doctor about it.
