If for some reason it does turn out to be TC(which it doesn't sound like ) There are Excellent Doctors all over the world that would be able to treat you. Best of luck to you!!

It's very likely to be something other than cancer. Especially since you're concerned it might affect your travel plans, if it continues, you should certainly get it checked out before you leave. However, I would never advise that anyone put plans on hold out of the fear that something unlikely may happen. Life must go on!

(2) In the best case of the worst case scenario, you'll need to do CT scans and blood tests at least every two months for the first year.

Ache only
Hi,
I am a 29 year old male.
I woke up about 6 days ago with a dull ache on the right hand side in my pubic area. It would only be sore if (after quite a bit of prodding) I found the exact spot and pressed it (surrounding areas had no pain). Testes and scrotum appear to be normal (no lumps or pain etc).
I have waited a week and now the ache is very faint (almost not there, bit not quite gone) and am seeing a doctor in 2 days time.
I have a few questions:
(1) what do people think this might be; and
(2) I plan to travel for 9 months in 10 weeks time (and end up living overseas) - if this is TC (worst case) - will I still be able to go, or will I have to stay in my country for x number of months for follow up checks etc. The reason I ask is that I was just about to buy my ticket and am wondering whether to put it off.
Cheers
