Back pain?

Lower back pain seems to be a later symptom of testicular cancer?

So I just wondered if this back pain is a 24/7 thing, or weather it comes and goes?

Just wondering as my back seems to feel uncomfortable when i sit up after lying down, however it never hurts whilst im standing.

Any way if you could answer my question that'd be great.

Everyone is different mine was off and on with groin pain. Some of it could have been that the groin was hurting making walking a little different which can cause the back pain or it could be due to stage of the cancer.
