If it's not part of the testicle it won't be testicular cancer so you can relax a bit. You probably have a cyst which would be no big deal, lots of guys get them, but it should still be checked by a urologist.

heya guys i'm 15 years old and i've just realized a small lump thingy jst above my right testical its not atached to it but i've only noticed n played around with it n naw i got a slight pain like asif u jst been kicked or hit in da testical n i'm woried i dunno what it is and jst rli need help lol thanks plz anser
