pain after exam

hello everybody this is my first post. if this is a repost i am sorry. like they say when you get any problems down there it makes you immediatley worry. ok heres my problem. about three days ago i doing a monthly exam of my testicules when i felt between them and i think i may have pinced something because it was a bit of pain. now my right testicule hurts towards the front. but it only hurts when you touch it or bump it. should i be worried? thanks so much kinda sweating right now.

If the problem persists for more than a week or so or you start having other problems have a doctor give you a quick once over just to be on the safe side!!!!
