  • I think I might just be paranoid...

Hey everyone, I feel like an idiot. I don't think I have cancer - I realize I'm probably paranoid. But, I am still worried I could. You see, when I feel my right testicle, near the back on the bottom of it feels like there is an extremely thin vein coming off it. It could be a vein, but I'm not sure wether you're supposed to feel veins on your testicles. It could be some other normal structure too. I don't feel it so much on the left side though. However, there are no lumps, size differences, or any other abnormalities. I'd appreciate any response.
