lump
on the very top of my left testical i have a small hard lump that seems like it is connected to my testical and has a slight pain to it. my right testical doesnt have the same small lump. I went to my doc he said he didnt feel anything but i know i do feel it. What do you guys think thanks!

If it's attached to the tubing it's not going to be tc, it could be an infection or a cyst. However, A hard lump attached firmly to the testicle is something to be taken seriously.
